  • RODCO TECH ships to the contigious 48 states within 24 hours of cleared payment. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If your item(s) is on backorder, we will email you immediately. We will issue a full refund or ship when the item(s) is back in stock per your request. If you place your order by mail, phone or fax and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. RODCO TECH exclusively ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail because we are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages and ensured delivery.   • Return Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days from date of receipt. All product(s) must be returned in the original packaging. RODCO TECH will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s). Please email us at customercare@rodcotech.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number with return instructions will be sent to you. NO refunds will be given for products returned without an RMA number. Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    STUN GUNS CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA WITHOUT AN EXPORT LICENSE FROM THE US GOVERNMENT. Pepper Spray Restrictions (inlcudes all OC, CS and foam-based defensive sprays) New York - the sellers must be local licensed firearm dealers or local pharmacies. Massachusetts - the buyer is required to obtain a Firearms Identification Card (FID); the sellers must be local licensed firearm dealers. Michigan - OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than a 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted. Both must be no larger than 35 grams per can. No combination sprays allowed. Wisconson - Pepper only. No Tear Gas, UV Dye or combination sprays. OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than a 10% concentrate. The can must be between 15-60 grams only. Must have safety feature. California - Canisters cannot be more than 2.5 ounces. Please check your own state for regulations. The above is only basic information. It is not updated on a regular basis.

    Below are pepper spray laws and restrictions that we are aware of. You should check locally if you believe pepper sprays may be restricted in your area. State Laws and Restrictions States Where Pepper Sprays are Restricted (We cannot ship to these states. If an order is placed your order will be cancelled) New York: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state. Massachusetts: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state. States Where Pepper Sprays Have Some Restrictions Michigan: OC Pepper spray can be no stronger then a 2% concentrate (Different companies can sell different concentrations.) CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger then 35 grams per can. No combination spray allowed. Wisconsin: Tear gas is not permissible. By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10% and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized. This is 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge. The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet. In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state cannot sell to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label. The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages. NOTE: Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states, however a number of cities and states have restrictions on sizes, strengths, etc.. If you have a question, it is wise to check with you local city or state attorneys office. Defense sprays should only be purchased by those 18 years of age or older.
